DELIVERY & RETURNS
Chocolate Boxes & Bouquets have an agreement in place with Hermes, Royal Mail & DPD to ensure you order is delivered carefully and on-time. We will provide shipping and tracking info as appropriate as per you order.
In the unlikely event of delivery issue, you must report any delivery or item damages within 48 hours accompanied with pictures to email@example.com. One of the team members will call you to discuss replacement or other options as appropriate and that best fit your requirements.
All orders are usually acknowledged with two hours during working hours and shipped according to the delivery options you have chosen. If our inventory control system fails to inform you of 'out of stock' items or products, we will contact you to discuss options. This very rarely happens!

Please note; as these are food items, we can only accept returns for damaged products and not if the product is no longer required.
